We offer meat and vegetable options along with Rice, Desserts, and Speciality Pizzas. Our cuisine specialty is Indian and Pakistani flavors, spices, and taste. We are seeking for full-time permanent food service managers. The candidate would be scheduled to work on-call, morning, evening, shift calls, weekend or in the night. However, scheduled would be provided in advance. We would encourage candidates to apply that meet the following criterion. Candidate to have Secondary (high) school graduate or having significant practice. Minimum practice require is between 1 Month to less than 7 months. Candidate should be able to supervise up to 4 staff that work in the restaurant including counter attendants, food preparers, cook, chef, helpers etc. The candidate shall require combination of sitting, standing, and walking activities to ensure service delivery and task fulfillment. As a manager, the candidate is expected to be flexible and client-centric and possess excellent interpersonal expertise and teamwork capcapability. The candidate should be able to: » Establish methods to meet work schedules. » Prepare budget and cost estimates. » Hire food service staff. » Address customers' complaints or concerns » Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. » Prepare and submit sale, waste, inventory, receivables, and payroll reports. » Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. » Prepare a weekly staff schedule and release it 2 weeks in advance. » Ensure availcapability of inventory for food preparation and coordinate with cook and chef on a frequent basis. » Ensure site cleanliness, usage of personal protective equipment, and sanitization of the workplace on scheduled times.
