Tasks/Responsibilities

The Level 1 Technician will be primarily responsible for supporting applications, tablets and mobile devices.

Reply to tickets or escalate to Level 2 as needed;

Provide adequate follow-up to internal and external clients until resolution of the problem;

Participate in the administration and configuration of a ticket management tool.

Profile

   » 3+ years of practice as a IT Technician
   » practice in application support and tablet / mobile devices
   » Good expertise of HTML, CSS, Javascript (asset)
   » Excellent expertise of a ticketing system (JIRA, Zendesk, or other)
   » DEP in computer support or the equivalent
   » Bilingual (French and English).
