Randstad is seeking Customer service agents-travel to work in a well-known and fast growing company in North America. All the posts are permanent and easily accessible by public transport in Saint Laurent, Montreal. While working as a travel agent, you will be the face of the company-hence; customer service of high quality for travellers' reservations and calls is primordial!

Customer service agents- travel
income: $39 000 - $44 000
Domain: Travel
Job location: Montreal
Schedule: It is mandatory to be available on Monday to Friday and Saturdays/Sundays (Available shifts: days, evening, and night) for a total of 37.5 hrs/week.

Responsibilities
- Assure high customer satisfaction
- Do arrangements and schedules for travellers
- Enter all follow-up notes in client's file
- Make sure that all modification processes are put in place, all according to the companies policies and standards
- Assist and answer all travellers' questions, before, during, and after their journey
- Answer all technical question by phone and email
- Maintain good relations with the other team members

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of practice in the travel domain and/or certification or diploma in travel
- expertise of the GDS (Global Distribution System: Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or
Galileo) and expertise in MS office ( mandatory)
- Excellent expertise in communication (oral and writing) in English and French
- Bilingual (French and English)
- capability to stay calm and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented
- Independent, organized and motivated
- Excellent customer service expertise
- Client satisfaction-oriented
