Job Level NV-11 As IT Architect, CRM Solutions, you help establish the architecture positionings for relational marketing solutions. You work closely with the Marketing sector and the enterprise architecture team to help them establish priorities related to relational applications (CRM, Life Cycle Management, sales). You take on a leadership abilities and influencer function when interacting with the various stakeholders on assignments and projects that involve highly innovative, interdepartmental strategic and complex input and development. You help develop and recommend strategic priorities and business positions. The nature of your work will require in-depth and broad skills in CRM solutions as well as a good knowledge of marketing business cycles. You will make recommendations regarding solution or business architecture, and produce deliverables pertaining to your field as part of files or projects that have a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. These will require analysis and an overall, in-depth knowledge of the business and the organization. Coordination will be critical. You will be called upon to interact with a very large number of stakeholders in a variety of fields of skills. As such, you will need highly developed interpersonal skills. You will serve as expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as a resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies. General Information on the Position Main responsabilities » Be in charge of the relational field for the administrative department's architecture. This field includes the Life Cycle Management (LCM) and CRM concepts » Advise the marketing fields as well as the caisse and business centre network to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic relational projects andinitiatives » Align with the various IT stakeholders to ensure a consistent overall vision of the clientpractice » Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit's strategic projects and initiatives » Identify and analyze problems. Raise any major issues.
