adjunct Residence ManagerUnder the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Adult Residential Services, the adjunct Residence Manager has the responsibility of running the everyday operations of the assigned IRA; this includes creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere, as well as promoting a clean and safe environment in order to meet the needs of the individuals.Responsibilities: » Under the supervision of the Senior Manager the adjunct Residence Manager is responsible for oversight of the IRA » Responsible for the direct supervision of team members at the IRA. » Maintain and complete all financial responsibilities for the IRA and its participants. » Provides guidance and supervision of Res Hab billing documentation. » Ensures consistent application and integrity of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.
