Organic farming. General Requirements: suitable education Completion of high school is required. practice: At least three years of practice as a farm worker and/or farm manager are required. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of practice, then a post-secondary certificate in agricultural management or other field related to crop production will be required. Important information: The worker must have flexible availcapability, weekends and/or holidays. A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed regardless of the weather condition.
