We have a great opportunity to lead our HR Systems, Records and Benefits team for an upcoming maternity leave. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, the manager manages and maintains automated systems which support overall HR activities including master file records, benefits and pensions, statistical and reporting requirements. This includes developing and adapting business processes and ensuring privacy, integrity and accuracy are maintained for all records while delivering specialized skills, advice and recommendations to the Director of HR as well as exempt and unionized staff all over the organization. Leading, coaching and mentoring a staff group is also key to the success of the incumbent.

A degree in human resources or a related field, and five years of related practice, or an equivalent combination of training and practice is required, while a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred. The function also requires thorough expertise of an integrated HR/PAY system, preferably SAP, including organization management, personnel and collective agreement administration, benefits and business intelligence reporting and related regulations; records, benefits and pension administration; HR requirements to create appropriate control data for testing upgrades and developing reports.
