In this fast-paced and diverse function, you will be responsible for providing user support and assisting with in-house training for specific business systems. this job offer also interprets and explains bylaws, policies and regulations to the public and provides assistance with the processing of bylaw non-compliance folders and business license applications. As the prosperous candidate, you will have the capability to exercise courtesy, tact, diplomacy and maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, particularly when working under pressure. Your strong communication and relationship management expertise will allow you to communicate information clearly with various patrons on matters related to Bylaws and Business Licences. Your organization and time management expertise will assist you with prioritizing a busy workload and meeting tight deadlines. As the prosperous candidate, you will have: » Completion of a post-secondary certificate in office administration, business administration or related discipline. » Minimum of two years’ practice in office administration and/or business systems support in a regulatory environment. this job offer is unionized, CUPE Local 774, and the hourly rate of pay is from $25.52 to $30.02.
