tasks and Responsibilities:
   » Attend and monitor the production of products
   » Work in a fast-paced environment
   » Visually inspect parts to product specifications
   » Ensure manufactured products meet specific quality control parameters.
   » Notify lead hand if product is not meeting specified quality control standards
   » When required modifying products using appropriate hand tools
   » Box product adhering to the standard set out by Quality Control standards
   » Label boxes ensuring label is correct and in line with the work order product number
   » place completed boxes on skids as per quality standards
   » Efficiently preform tasks from Start to Finish
   » Lift up to 30lb
   » Keep workstation free of garbage
   » Clean workstation at end of shift
   » Communicate with nest shift any and all relative information pertaining to the work
   » Fallow all Health and safety policies and procedures
   » Other tasks as may be assigned
Qualifications required
   » Agility and good hand eye coordination
   » Able to comprehend and follow direction quickly 
   » Stand for up to 8 hours
   » Mend and twist
   » capability to use hand tools in a safe manner
   » Efficient work methods 
Soft expertise:
   » Good command of the English Language
   » Able to communicate both verbally and written in English
   » Team player
   » Calm
   » Completes tasks from start to finish
Educational / practice:
   » Grade 12
Personal Protective Equipment
   » Safety Glasses must be worn at all times, Employee must provide there own corrective Safety Glasses
   » Steel toed shoes a must in the plant at all times
   » Follow all Safety policies and procedures, work safe
