The Location.

The Position.
What you do will significantly help our patrons and your co-workers. The receptionist II is a key first point of contact for the Parks, Recreation and Culture department and is responsible for front counter reception, program participant registration and providing positive interaction with the community. You will be involved in everything from admissions and facility bookings to report preparation and social media updates.

The Requirements.
We want you to be prosperous in your function. To ensure success we’ll need you to have a grade 12 education (or equivalent) and the capability to maintain superior customer service standards.
